This site is run by Lisette Colon, a sole proprietor near Hicksville, New York. Questions: hi@lisettecolon.com.

What I collect

What you type into a form (name, business, email, phone, website, location and your message); the details you give when booking a consultation; and, for clients, your account email, project records, agreements and payment records. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are never seen or stored by me.

How I use it

To reply to you, arrange meetings, deliver the work you ordered, send invoices and receipts, and keep business and tax records. I don't sell your information, and I don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Services that handle it

Stripe (payments, invoices and subscriptions), Supabase (client accounts and records), Google Workspace (email and calendar) and the website host. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Signing in to the client account stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hi@lisettecolon.com. Some payment records must be kept for tax purposes.

Sensitive information

Please don't send passwords, ID numbers or financial account numbers through the forms on this site.
