Terms of service

These terms cover services from Lisette Colon ("I", "me"). For custom projects, the signed agreement for that project controls if it differs from this page.

Scope

Each package or proposal lists what's included, the number of change rounds and the timeline. Work outside it is quoted before I start, at $85 an hour unless agreed otherwise.

Your part

You send your logo, photos, prices, hours and needed logins within 7 days of the deposit. If content arrives late, the launch date moves by the same number of days. You confirm that you have the right to use what you send me.

Ownership

Your domain stays in your name. You own the finished website once it is paid in full. Until then it stays on my hosting. Tools, code libraries and services from other companies remain under their own terms.

Care plans and support

Plans renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days' written notice, except where an agreement sets a minimum term. Unused hours don't roll over. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, updates pause; after 30 days, hosting may pause with written notice.

No guaranteed results

I don't guarantee search rankings, sales, leads or other business results. Business tools support your work and don't replace your professional judgment or legal obligations.

Photography and drone

Sessions depend on weather and, for drone work, on local airspace rules and safety. You get a license to use the delivered photos for your business; I may show them in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Portfolio

With your permission, I may show your finished site in my portfolio and add a small credit link in its footer.

Liability

My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for it.
